Abstract: The "Xizhou Commercial Gang spirit" reflected in the industrial and commercial activities of the Xizhou Commercial Gang
over the past century has cultivated rich case materials and systematic knowledge for the exploitation and utilization of resources in
course-based ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through the hybrid path of "classroom +", "onsite +" and
"network +", we can greatly promote the deep integration of "professional education" with "thinking inspiration", "value shaping" and
"vocational training", by integrating the ideological connotations and value implications of "Xizhou Business Gang Spirit" （including
caring for the hometown, maintaining credibility and ethics, keeping pace with the times, making concerted efforts, and disciplining
children strictly etc.） into the teaching process of various professional courses deeply and comprehensively from all angles. In this way,
we can jointly achieve the educational aim of "firm identification", "deep perception" and "effective acquisition", and systematically
improve the level and quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
